Reselling or redistributing AI-generated trip plans for commercial purposes.
Using the Platform as a travel agency or selling generated content to clients.
Automated data extraction from the Platform (scraping, crawling).
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent Free or paid tier limits.
Sharing login credentials with other people.
Sending harmful, violent, or illegal content to the AI.
Attempting to manipulate the coupon or pricing system.
Using VPNs or automated tools (bots) to circumvent usage limits.
Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts or Platform systems.
Each plan has clear usage limits including: monthly trip count, modifications per trip, maximum trip days, and maximum destinations.
Free tier: 2 trips/month, 1 modification per trip, 3 days maximum, 1 destination.
Plus plan: 15 trips/month, 5 modifications per trip, 14 days maximum, 5 destinations.
Pro plan: 60 trips/month, 10 modifications per trip, 21 days maximum, 10 destinations.
Maximum AI requests: 20 requests per hour for all plans.
The Service is subject to fair use limits that may change. We reserve the right to modify usage limits (including AI processing limits) with prior notice via the Platform.
The system automatically monitors usage patterns and may suspend accounts that repeatedly exceed reasonable usage.
When a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy is detected, graduated measures are taken:
First violation: Email warning with explanation of the violation.
Second violation: Temporary account suspension for 24 to 72 hours.
Repeated violations: Permanent account suspension with possible data deletion.
In cases of serious deliberate abuse: Immediate suspension without prior warning, and the user is not entitled to any refund.

All reports are reviewed within 48 business hours and appropriate action is taken.
