Terms of Service

Welcome to TripF (the "Platform"), a service provided by Company Creative AI Models (the "Company", "we", "us"), registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

By using the Platform or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

Definitions: "User" refers to any person using the Platform. "Service" includes all Platform features. "Content" refers to text, images, and data. "Subscription" means a paid plan. "AI-Generated Content" includes travel plans and suggestions produced automatically.

TripF is a travel planning platform that uses artificial intelligence technology to create personalized travel itineraries.

The Service includes: AI-powered trip planning, multiple subscription tiers (Free / Plus / Pro), destination and point-of-interest information, and trip plan export.

Important Notice: TripF is not a travel agency and does not provide actual booking services. All information and prices mentioned are for guidance only and do not constitute a binding offer.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Platform.

Registration is exclusively through a Google account. Upon registration, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account.

You are responsible for the security of your Google account and for all activities conducted through your account on the Platform.

Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension of all accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

The Platform offers three tiers: Free, Plus at $9.99/month, and Pro at $24.99/month. Annual plans are also available at a discount.

All prices are in US Dollars and are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) of 15% in accordance with Saudi Arabian regulations.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, mada, Apple Pay.

We reserve the right to modify prices with at least 30 days' prior notice. Current subscribers retain their pricing until the end of their current billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings page.

Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period.

After the subscription period ends, your account automatically downgrades to the Free tier while retaining your saved data and trips.

The Platform is for personal, non-commercial use only.

Prohibited activities include: reselling or distributing content commercially, misusing AI services, attempting to circumvent plan limits, using the Platform for illegal purposes, scraping or extracting Platform data.

Interfering with the Platform's infrastructure or attempting unauthorized access to its systems is strictly prohibited.

Travel plans and suggestions provided through the Platform are generated by AI models and are for guidance purposes only.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated information, including prices, availability, visa requirements, and operating hours.

Users are fully responsible for verifying information before making any travel decisions.

We strongly recommend obtaining appropriate travel insurance. TripF does not provide insurance services.

All intellectual property rights of the Platform (code, design, logos, content) are owned by Company Creative AI Models.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal purposes.

Users retain ownership of their personal data and created trips, while granting the Platform a license to process and store them.

The Platform may contain links to external websites (hotels, airlines, travel service providers).

TripF is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any external websites.

Any dealings with external websites are at your own risk and subject to those websites' terms.

The Platform shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform the Service due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Force majeure events include: natural disasters, pandemics, wars, acts of terrorism, internet or power outages, government actions, or any other unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances.

The Service is provided "AS IS" without any express or implied warranties.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

In all cases, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid to the Platform in the last 12 months.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice in serious cases.

In the event of permanent Platform shutdown, we will provide at least 60 days' notice with the ability to export your data and trips.

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The competent courts in Riyadh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

In case of a dispute, an amicable resolution shall be attempted within 30 days before resorting to legal proceedings.
