You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page under subscription management.
Upon cancellation, your subscription and all its features remain active until the end of the current paid period.
After the period ends, your account automatically downgrades to the Free tier.
Your trips and data are not deleted upon cancellation — you can still access them on the Free tier.
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Upon cancellation, no portion of the amount paid for the current period will be refunded.
You may continue to use all paid features until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds may be requested in the following cases only:
A technical error on our end that prevented use of the service entirely throughout the subscription period.
A double charge or billing amount error.
Service downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours without prior notice.
Send your request to support@tripf.com with the following information:
Transaction number or payment receipt, reason for the refund request, subscription date.
Processing time: Maximum 14 business days.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Upgrade: Takes effect immediately with prorated price difference.
Downgrade: Takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You continue to enjoy current plan features until then.
The Platform reserves the right to cancel your subscription if you violate the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
In cases of deliberate abuse, the user is not entitled to any refund.
In other cases, a prorated refund of the remaining amount will be issued.
